Estate Planning

I provide a wide range of estate planning services, from simple wills to complex trusts.

I usually meet with a client for about an hour to review the client's estate planning needs and answer any questions. There is no charge for this meeting.

Individual Income Taxes

Because I actually enjoy preparing income tax returns (at least in part because of the computer), I usually am able to complete the returns in less than a week after I receive them.

Residential Real Estate

My goal in representing a client in a residential real estate matter is to "make the transaction happen." I want to facilitate - not obstruct - the deal so that a closing actually occurs.
